Terms of Use

General Terms

  • These Terms of Use determine the procedure for using the portal (hereinafter referred to as the Portal).

  • By visiting and using the Portal, the User confirms that he has read the terms and agrees to comply with them.

  • If the User does not agree to the terms, he has no right to use the Portal.

Portal content and services

  • The Portal provides information and services intended for the convenience of users.

  • The Portal content is informative, unless otherwise stated.

  • The portal maintainer may change or delete content without prior notice.

User obligations

  • The user undertakes:

    • to use the portal only for lawful purposes;

    • not to provide false or misleading information;

    • not to distribute harmful computer program codes (viruses, etc.);

    • respect the rights and interests of other users.

  • The User is prohibited from performing actions that could disrupt the operation of the Portal.

Liability

  • The Portal maintainer does not assume responsibility for:

    • information provided by users;

    • the content of external links to which the links available on the Portal lead;

    • losses incurred as a result of using the Portal, unless they were incurred due to intentional actions of the Portal maintainer.

  • The User is responsible for his/her own actions on the Portal.

Personal data processing

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Portal's privacy policy.

  • The User has the right to familiarize himself/herself with the processing of his/her data and request its correction or deletion in accordance with the procedure specified in regulatory enactments.

Intellectual property

  • All content published on the Portal (texts, images, videos, design, etc.) is the property of the Portal maintainer or its cooperation partners, unless otherwise stated.

  • It is prohibited to copy, distribute or use the Portal content for commercial purposes without prior consent.

Changes to the Terms

  • The Portal maintainer has the right to unilaterally amend the Terms of Use.

  • The amendments shall enter into force upon their publication. moment on the Portal.

Final Provisions

  • The Provisions are applied in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
    In the event of disputes, the parties shall try to resolve them through negotiations, but if this is not possible, the dispute shall be resolved in the court of the Republic of Latvia.
